Vulcan's VW2S 2 Drawer Food Warming Cabinet can keep entrees, chips or appetizers warm until they are ready to be served. The warming drawer cabinet is made of heavy duty, 20 gauge polished stainless steel. The free-standing cabinet's sides and top are filled with 1" thick insulation. Its heavy duty, 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides are removable for easy cleaning. Each drawer has an oversize drawer pull handle and one 475 watt (3.96 amp) heating element. Each self closing drawer includes one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, one recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and one humidity control. The VW2S 2 Drawer Food Warming cabinet has 4" adjustable legs.
