With two half size pans and three third size pans, your customers are sure to appreciate the variety of fresh menu items available for their meals. Plus, since this buffet server uses standard size food pans, your staff will be able to rotate a fresh, clean pan of food to serve either as a back-up during your busy periods or as an extension to your dining room buffet items. This Grand Buffet Server's included two half size and three third size stainless steel pans have matching clear polycarbonate lids with a utensil slot. Each third size steam pan will hold over 20 four oz. servings. The half size pans will hold over 30 four oz. servings. The stainless pan holders are removable so that the base can be used as a warming tray. Tray is made of durable stainless steel with cool-touch handles on the sides and 4 non-skid feet.
