APW's Buffet Warmer is great for buffet, serving lines, back bars or back of the house. Has an unique "serpentine shaped" heating element that evenly distributes heat throughout the unit. Provided with insulation to protect the interior parts and countertops from heat build up. Able to utilize warmer in wet or dry applications. Easy to clean stainless steel well pan and housing. Exterior constructed with heavy duty stainless steel for excellent durability. Interior liner formed out of tough stainless steel.
