Carter-Hoffmann's Chip Warmer has a 20 gallon capacity that ensures an ample supply of product, especially during peak hours! High performance convection heating system provides even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Completely welded, 300 series stainless steel construction ensures easy sanitation and a long life. Gravity-fed design promotes constant product rotation to ensure freshness. Standard steam table size crumb pan catches broken chips and crumbs and is easily removed without tools for cleaning.
