Berkel's In-Chamber Vacuum Pack Machine is a reliable tabletop vacuum packaging machine designed to meet most mid- to high-volume foodservice portion control, product storage and food retail needs. The machine offers an anaerobic gas flush to maintain product color in the vacuum package, extend shelf life and to provide a pillow-pack seal to protect the product.
The vacuum pack machine offers a stainless steel chamber and housing. The powerful, high quality 21 m3/h Busch vacuum pump and vacuum dial gauge allow for vacuum intervals of 1 to 99 seconds. The single seal bar providing a high integrity double sealing with electric cut-off. The vacuum packaging has simple to operate electronic, touch pad controls with 9 storable programs. The vacuum pack machine is simple to operate and maintain.
