This UCD4427N model includes all the great standard features Delfield is known for. The refrigeration system can keep the cabinet at 36°F to 40°F. Its exclusive thermoformed ABS plastic won't dent, chip or corrode and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Strong stainless steel top, and ends on back and bottom. Drawers' exterior, frames slides and bearings are all stainless steel as well. Top drawer holds one 12" x 20" and three 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep. Bottom drawer holds the same amount of pans, but only up to 4" deep (Pans Sold Separately). All combined make this a very durable unit.
