True's Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit holds full size to one-ninth size pans, giving a flexible pan capacity to your establishment. This environmentally friendly (134A) refrigeration system's airflow is directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder, crisper salads. The stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness and minimizes condensation. The 8-7/8" wide full length polyethylene cutting board, back hood, and lid are removable. The sandwich unit holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in pans. All stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum finished back. The attractive interior is made of white vinyl coated aluminum, coved corners and stainless steel floor. Includes adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves. Foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation (CFC Free). Door swings within cabinet dimensions. This sandwich unit features two door recessed handles.
