True's Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit holds full size to one-ninth size pans, giving a flexible pan capacity to your establishment. This oversized environmentally friendly (134A) refrigeration system's airflow is directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder, crisper salads. Patented stainless steel foam insulated lids maintain uniform pan temperature, lock in freshness, minimize condensation, and are removable for easy cleaning. The 8-7/8" wide full length polyethylene cutting board, back hood and lid are removable. The split top sandwich unit holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in pans. All stainless steel front, top and sides with an aluminum finished back. The attractive interior is made of white vinyl coated aluminum, coved corners and stainless steel floor. Comes with adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves. Foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation (CFC Free). Door swings within cabinet dimensions. Other features for this Sandwich Unit:
