The display case has non-peel, durable anti-rust coating on the exterior to reduce fingerprints. The interior is constructed of stainless steel, including the back wall, shelves and deck pans. The interior's back wall and top is perforated for improved air flow. The merchandiser has a front air intake and rear air discharge. The backguard is standard for improved airflow. The cabinet is constructed with foamed polyurethane, high-density cell insulation (CFC free). This merchandiser is designed to operate in an environment where temperature and humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% respectively. The display case should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt the air curtain and compromise the function of the cabinet.
