Pitco's Portable Filtering System provides quick, mobile oil filtering for all of your frying appliances. Heavy duty 1/3 hp motor and pump assembly handles up to 5.6 gallons of liquid per minute. 5' flexible, sanitary, high temperature return hose equipped with a nickel plated steel nozzle with a non-heat conducting handle. Filter pan and pump assembly enclosure are constructed of polished stainless steel. Welded steel frame mounted on four ball-bearing swivel casters for easy movement and storage of the filter. Filter can be used with gravity drain fryers. Low profile allows for easy placement under the fryer drain. Quick disconnect hose connections make it easy to assemble and disassemble. Lift out filter pan for easy cleaning. Easy to remove filter media assembly for quick and easy filter paper replacement. Features:
