Every operator knows that shortening disposal is not the cleanest of chores, or even easy for that matter. Frymaster has come up with the answer for that. A disposal unit that not only makes oil removal from the fryer fast, easy and clean, it also makes transportation of that oil a breeze.
With the cover open, this unit can fit under most fryers to permit direct draining, or under drain for fryers with built in filtering. Its large 7" wheels and a low center of gravity provide for easy transportation of oil, even across parking lots, and no lifting is necessary.
