Vulcan's 1GR45A Free-Standing Fryer can fry french fries, funnel cakes, chicken and more! This fryer's has a stainless steel fry tank and cabinet. The natural gas fryer has all solid state and computer controls that are standard with electronic ignition. The solid state knob control includes melt cycles. The 1GR45A fryer has a 1-1/4" full port drain valve, 1/2" ID and 3/4" OD rear gas connection and nickel-plated basket rack. The fry has 2 non-locking, 2 locking stainless steel, adjustable casters.
