Dean's exclusive Thermo-Tube design maximize the tubes' heat absorption with controlled flow tube diffusers. The energy is then forced into the oil with less going unused up the vent. Its accurate mechanical thermostat eliminates time lost in waiting between loads (faster recovery), and requires no electrical hookup. Durable stainless steel diffusers and rugged cast iron burners keep maintenance to a minimum. Add a stainless steel front, door and backsplash, as well as aluminized sides and you have fryer that's built to last.
