Vollrath's Cayenne® 2 Well Standard Duty Electric Fryer is a deep fat fryer, designed to create a delicious variety of crisp fried food with minimal fuss. Each well of the fryer can hold up to 10 lbs. of oil, making the whole fryer have a 20 lb. capacity. The dual fryer unit provides increased volume and separation of food types to prevent flavor transfer from oil. This 2 well countertop fryer is ideal for small pubs, colleges and product-specific applications. Its minimal footprint accommodates tight counter spaces, and the non-skid rubber feet prevent slipping. The lift-out, one-piece stainless steel tank has carrying handles for easier cleaning. Shipped with 4 baskets (2 for each well), the fryer baskets are made of nickel-plated steel wire with cool-touch handles. Other features for this Cayenne Electric Fryer are:
