The large 4-1/4" square cutting area saves you labor by minimizing the need to precut foods into smaller portions. This blade and holder assembly is made of stainless steel and can stand up to the most rigorous demands. The blade and holder assembly fits the Easy Chopper II, which delivers consistent portioning - every time!
