Prepare perfect tomato slices fast with the Redco® Tomato Pro™ Slicer! The manual food processor is efficient, consistent and durable. Ideal for straight slicing tomatoes, strawberries or mushrooms in high volume. The "positive stop" arm helps keep the Redco Tomato Pro sturdy on any surface. The tomato slicer has easy clean-up and easy maintenance! This Tomato Slicer has a blade assembly made of 15 straight blades.

How to get the most out of your tomato slicer:

• Use the included Redco Tomato King® Scooper to take the core out of the tomato before slicing.
• Use the Tomato Pro on a flat table with the "positive stop" arm secured against the edge of the table.
• Use a quick push to move the tomato through the blades.
• Keep the tomato slices together to make them last longer.
• Occasionally spray off the blades with plain water - this removes the food acids, resulting in longer blade life.
• Lubricate the rails with food grade lubricant, not food spray or cooking oils.
• Keep the blades tight in the frame. Simply tighten the bolts that hold in the blade assembly.
• When the blades get dull, replace them. If they get too dull or loose, they will hit the pusher fingers when slicing and then the pusher head will need replacing as well.
