This is a replacement 3/8" blade assembly for the Redco® Onion King® Slicer from Vollrath. The Onion King Slicer slices whole onions and other firm vegetables in one stroke for fast production. It slices vegetables perfectly without crushing or bruising. It has 7 blades for cutting the exact 3/8" slice thicknesses every time, raising the quality and consistency of menu foods like sandwiches and cottage fries. It can also be used to slice potatoes for cottage fries, squash, lemons, limes, oranges and other firm vegetables.
