The Globe medium duty G Series slicers are specifically designed for operations with moderate volume slicing needs. These compact manual slicers have a proven track record of being solid performers without sacrificing valuable workspace. With a permanently attached knife ring guard, it protects the operator from the non-slicing portion of the knife. The slicer's knife cover interlocks providing superior operator safety during knife cleaning. The easy-turn, top-mounted sharpener is a two-stone, dual-action, all metal design that allows you to quickly return a razor sharp edge to your knife whenever it's needed.

This 12" slicer can handle medium duty operations with a slicing volume of 2.5 hours per day. The meat slicer has an ideal 35° angle food chute, making slicing easier with less waste and allows the operator to view the slices produced. The chute travels at 40 strokes per minute utilizing a separate motor and linked drive system. Chute can be quickly engaged or disengaged for manual operation with the auto engage level located on the front of the slicer. The automatic meat slicer has a ball-bearing system to ensure smooth and wasy movement of the food chute assembly.

The slicer's ergonomic design places the handle on the endweight of the slicer for better grip and usability. The design also keeps hands farther from the knife and allows for improved user interface with the machine. No volt release relay system prevents activation of the slicer when the power is interrupted during operation. The Globe slicer features a 12" hard-chromed, special alloy hollow ground knife that lasts longer and sharpens easier. It is constructed of anodized aluminum with seamless edges and radius corners.
