In an continuing effort to promote the changes to the NSF/ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Standard 8 for Commercial Powered Food Preparation Equipment, Globe Food Equipment Company's heavy duty N Series food slicers are the 1st in the industry to be certified By NSF International to the NSF/ANSI Standard 8-2010.

Designed for slicing flexibility, this nine-speed slicer's touchpad controls the chute carriage speed motor which automatically slices at a consistent rate from 3.0 seconds to 1.0 second per stroke or 20 to 60 strokes per minute depending on operator’s preference. The commercial slicer features a 13" inch PreciseEdge™ knife blade with a Rockwell 60 to 62 hardness which maximizes tip-edge holding ability. The no-drip base features a Marine curved edge that collects juices and a 2° angled drip groove diverts liquids onto the EZ-Glide™ slicer table.

With a one-touch, spring-loaded sharpening system that maximizes the knife blade’s sharpness, the slicer's components are removable, immersible, and dishwasher safe. In fact, the slicer's design simplifies the operator’s ability to inspect, clean and sanitize the slicer, and separate, clean, and sanitize the slicer components. A no-voltage release prevents an inadvertent slicer reactivation in the event of power or interlock interruption, adding to the safety of your employees. Features a permanently attached knife ring guard with removable slice deflector. The knife cover interlock prevents the meat slicer from operating without the knife cover in place. This slicer is constructed of stainless steel with superior corrosion-resistance against acids found in fruit, meats, and vegetables.
