The Chefmate™ Slicer features a 1/3 HP motor and gear driven 12" knife for slicing tough product like cheese. The slicer has an anodized aluminum base, while all food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.
