Robot Coupe's Continuous Feed Vegetable Prep Food Processor can prepare 1500 plus servings in 3 hours or less. Continuous feed unit has two hoppers in a single head designed for quality continuous feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, French fry and julienne. The food processor has a stainless steel motor base, and the motor is induction-ready. The processor will automatically restart with a large pusher. The food processor's all-metal vegetable preparation attachment has a full moon hopper (diameter 6-7/8") and a cylindrical hopper (diameter 2-5/16"). Two discs are included with this processor, a 1/8" slicing disc and a 1/8" grating disc. Other features include:
