Its high efficiency heating system comes with heating elements cast into aluminum. These cover the entire bottom of the pan for an even heating distribution. The cooking surface is guaranteed against warping. A self locking marine type tilt mechanism prevents accidental tilting. An all stainless steel construction and a bead blasted cooking surface make the SET-15 a very durable, dependable, and easy to clean unit.
