With this in mind, the SteamCraft Ultra 5 is ideal for a la carte or heavy volume cooking.
The SteamCraft Ultra 5's PowerPak gas steam generator is naturally fired, and produces 70,000 BT - making it 72% more efficient. It also has a fully automatic electronic spark ignition, in other words, it is pilotless. The generator cleaning port is located on the outside, top of the unit. With such easy access, it is not necessary to remove hot panels or pan rack guides. The steamer comes with one 60 minute electro-mechanical timer and switch for manual operation.
