The SteamCraft Gemini 6 is a highly efficient steamer. Each compartment is independently operated and controlled by a separate stainless steel Power Burner Steam Generator, gas valve, Power on/off controls, and a Remote Probe-type water level control. Each generator produces 50,000 BTUs, for a combined total output of 100,000 BTUs. Both have independent standby modes, which holds them at a steaming temperature. This allows the unit to start cooking immediately. The compartment door, cooking cavity, and steam generator are constructed out of durable 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel. Ideal for a la carte to high volume cooking. Additional features include:
