With this in mind, the 21-CGA-5 SteamCraft Ultra 5 is ideal for a la carte or heavy volume cooking.

The 21-CGA-5 SteamCraft Ultra 5's PowerPak gas steam generator is naturally fired, and produces 70,000 BTUs - making it 72% more efficient. It also has a fully automatic electronic spark ignition, in other words, it is pilotless. The generator cleaning port is located on the outside, top of the unit. With such easy access, it is not necessary to remove hot panels or pan rack guides. The 21-CGA-5 steamer includes one 60 minute electro-mechanical timer and switch for manual operation. The 21-CGA-5 Steamer's is made of a durable, heavy duty 14 gauge stainless steel construction. The automatic generator drain has a "water jet" drain cleaning feature. The steamer has an exclusive steam cooking distribution system.
