Cleveland's KGL-40-T Gas-Fired Steam Kettle's steam jacket is permanently filled with treated distilled water, making venting and/or refilling unnecessary. Its 65% high efficiency power burner heating system reduces operating cost. With the 140,000 BTUs that it can produce, the heat-up and recovery times of the KGL-40-T steam kettle are quite fast.
