With an emphasis on greater performance, efficiency and operating ease, the KET-20-T floor model is perfect for soups and sauces. It can also brown meat and hold foods without overcooking, scorching or burning. Ideal for high-volume cooking.

The KET-20-T's steam jacket is factory-filled with treated water making venting and/or refilling unnecessary. The re-inforced rolled rim allows the edge to withstand abuse much better. With the heating elements being welded-in, the KET-20-T electric kettle's jacket holds vacuum better, and won't leak or loose water. A splash proof construction, helps keeping a cleaner work area. Its solid state water level control eliminates sight-glass breaks and/or leaks.
