This stainless steel Tilting Kettle operates with a self-contained gas heated steam source. It is constructed out of 18.8 type 304 stainless steel, and the body is mounted on a heavy-duty combination support tilt trunnion, which in turn, is supported by an enclosed base. Its 2” tangent draw off comes equipped with a removable 1/4” perforated stainless steel strainer. The Kettle’s patented fine tube burner assembly delivers 62%-65% efficient combustion. Even more features include:
