The durable cast aluminum plates have fast heat up and recovery times. The triple-layered plate design, with inset element channels, creates greater heating efficiency than other sandwich presses out on the market. An adjustable handle allows the user to manually set press height for even, consistent cooking - order after order. The sandwich press is thermostatically controlled for consistent results. The uncoated aluminum sandwich press must be seasoned before use.
