Star's Grill Express is designed for restaurants, snack bars, taverns, kiosks, convenience stores and other commercial operations with limited space. The Grill Express line is perfect for grilling tortillas, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, steaks, chicken, fish or any product you want grilled fast and easy!

The grill's heavy duty, cast iron smooth platens provide longevity and superior performance to meet your menu requirements. The thermostat is rated from 175°F to 450°F and provides accurate sensing of temperature. The embedded elements in cast iron platens provide superior heat distribution and fast recovery. A reliable hinge system provides effortless operation and is designed for even pressure on both sides of product for consistent heat and searing of product. Spacious grilling height accommodates products up to three inches, as well as thin products like tortillas and quesadillas.

The bottom platen has a 3/4" splash guard, corrals the product and offers maximum protection against grease spills. The grill's heavy gauge, water resistant and flexible plastic conduit protects electrical connections. The removable stainless steel grease trough is located in front of bottom platen for easy clean up. The large heat resistant handle is located on the top platen for safe operation. The Grill Express Sandwich Press is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel with smooth cast iron platens that have embedded metal tubular elements.
