The 208-240v Stainless Steel Electric Cheesemelter from Vollrath's Cayenne® line provides melting, grilling, roasting and browning functions in a compact countertop unit. The cheesemelter is ideal for melting and gratinating cheese on sandwiches, soups, nachos, etc. It can be used for warming pizza, breads and rolls, pastries or croissants.
The electric cheesemelter features three shelf heights to allow use with different size foods and to control the distance of food from heating elements. The indicator lamp gives you visual notification that the element is heating.
