Years of experience and constant improvement are incorporated into the design of the Ricemaster Rice Cooker from Town Foodservice. It produces perfect rice automatically, every time. It does this using a bimetallic sensor recessed into the base of the pot that senses temperature during the cooking process and automatically stops the cook cycle after the water has been absorbed by the rice. This is far superior to liquid, chemical, or magnet systems used by others and helps make this rice cooker one of the most mistake-proof around.

This rice cooker is fast, cooking a batch in 22 minutes. It is also approved for Cook and Hold, incorporating a stronger warming feature to maintain rice at the required temperatures after cooking is complete. The cast aluminum rice pot ensures uniform heating and evenly cooked rice, and it is easily lifted out for washing rice or cleaning. The rice pot has comfortable, wide plated steel drop handles that remain cool enough to touch while the unit is in operation. These handles are able to withstand considerable abuse.
