This V60 Restaurant Range is the ideal choice for low to medium volume food production. Standard features include all stainless steel front, sides, back riser, high shelf and 6" adjustable legs. The ten 28,000 BTU cast top burners have lift-off burner heads. There is an individual pilot for each burner and 12" x 12" top plates with aeration bowls. The range has full-width, pullout crumb trays under the burners. Two 35,000 BTU ovens have thermostats that adjust from Low to 500°F. One oven rack and four rack positions per oven.
