Vulcan's V36 Propane Gas Restaurant Range is 36" wide with 6 burners and one 26-1/4" oven. There are 28,000 BTUs per open burner and a 35,000 BTU oven. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, and back riser with high shelf. There is a fully welded, full-width pullout crumb tray under the range's burners. There is one oven rack and four rack positions for this range.
