This series has been specifically designed for places where prolonged, high volume cooking is not required. With the performance and durability of the heavy duty models, these are ideal for small restaurants, delis, coffee shops, and country clubs just to name a few.
This GARG60-10RR model comes with two full size ovens, ten open top starfire burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The unique star-shaped Starfire burners deliver optimum heat coverage to cooking vessels. The front rail, valve panel, oven doors and center column, backguard, and plate shelf, are all made of durable stainless steel. This also makes cleaning easier. A gas pressure regulator gives the ability to control gas consumption.
