The busier operator or home entertainer can call on four feet of cooking surface, able to reach 800°F in ten minutes. Ideal for many golf clubs, caterers, social clubs and the rental industry.
Cooking surface measures 46" wide x 21" deep. Six LP (liquid propane) gas burners provide maximum control and quick recovery, producing a total of 99,000 BTU/hr. Includes hose and regulator. Two 14" wheels and two total lock casters enhance mobility in all types of terrain. This package includes the MCB-48 Charbroiler, the RD-48 Roll Dome, one RES Removable End Shelf and the BC-48 outdoor cover (not pictured).
