Thick, flat bottom, heavy-duty countertop hot plate delivers heat fast and efficiently. Has two 9" diameter, solid cast iron elements designed for stock pot heating. An upper-temperature safety thermostat is built in to prevent overheating. Control knobs are front mounted with a protective guard ring to help prevent accidental temperature changes. Stainless top and sides with 4" adjustable legs. Infinite control switch with positive "off" position controls the elements. Cord not included; consult an electrician for proper hard wire installation. UL, NSF. One year parts and labor warranty.
