Cadco's Buffet Induction Range has immediate heat and pot recognition! There's no preheating, this range has immediate power and fast heat off for when you are done cooking. With this induction range's pot recognition technology, it heats only within the pot or pan's circumference for maximum energy efficiency. You can use any flat-bottomed pots or pans that are made of cast iron, enameled steel or stainless steel. This range handles pots and pans with a 3-5/32" to 10-1/4" diameter. The buffet range has a contemporary styling with low silhouette for countertop buffet use. The surface of the range is made of SCHOTT CERAN® glass-ceramic and the housing is made of brushed stainless steel. Control cooking with the power level or temperature level.
