The manual controls of the griddle have a standing pilot for experienced chefs who prefer the "feel" of a manual control. The 15" width of the griddle is ideal to meet your space and volume requirements.

An ultra-smooth 3/4" thick polished steel plate offers superior heat distribution, fast recovery, and energy efficient operation. The griddle has a custom designed 20,000 BTU aluminized steel U-shaped burner that provides even heat distribution.

The griddle's heavy duty body is constructed with a stainless steel front, bull nose, and 4-1/2" high tapered splash guard. The 3-1/4" front access grease trough and grease chute is spatula wide for easier cleaning. The griddle has a large 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer. The griddle's heavy duty 4" adjustable legs will fit your countertop line-up requirements.

The griddle is shipped as natural gas, but is convertible to propane gas using a field conversion kit supplied.
