Vollrath's Cayenne® Chicken Rotisserie Oven can cook and merchandise, all in one unit! A simple setup for operators and an enticing point-of-sale display for customers. Easy-to-load baskets can roast and merchandise more than just chickens - use for ribs, roasts, vegetables, or an entire rack of lamb. Baskets are also great for more delicate items like whole stuffed fish that could not be easily done in spit-style rotisserie ovens. The rotisserie oven has a unique circulation fan design that distributes consistent heat throughout the chamber for even cooking and browning.
