Versatile utility oven that can broil, bake, roast and hold!

This countertop convection oven can be used as the primary oven in kiosk and smaller throughput applications, or as a dedicated product oven in higher throughput installations. The Turbofan E31's compact size and limited electrical requirements make it ideal as a remote cooking piece.

Sturdy, fully insulated commercial construction features one piece porcelain enameled oven chamber, stainless top, front, and sides and safe touch vented easy clean side hinged door that offers field reversible hinging. The oven features a top broiling oven element and broil operating mode. Low velocity fan system. Fully removable racks and fan baffle. Access to all controls from front panel. The oven shall be controlled by an electronic control having separate large 3/4" LED displays and adjusting knobs for time and temperature functions. The oven control shall allow both manual and programmed operating modes and have separate control keys for selection of Broil mode, oven light function and timer operation.
