Designed to provide a fast, even bake, Moffat's Turbofan® Convection oven has a specially designed baffle system and bi-directional single reversing fan system evenly distributes hot air around the oven, eliminating the need to turn trays. The Turbofan E27M3 is able to provide exceptional results with a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proved frozen doughs including French sticks, baguettes and dinner rolls. The oven is also ideal for baking Croissants, Danish pastries, flat breads, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionery products.

Sturdy, fully insulated commercial construction features easy-to-clean stainless steel top, front, and sides, with one piece porcelain enamel oven interior. Holds up to three standard full-size sheet pans (18" x 26"). The oven features a 60 minute bake timer, audible buzzer, and internal oven light. Bi-directional reversing fan system with stainless steel fan baffle and oven vent. Access to all controls from front panel and removable door seals for easy maintenance.
