Duke's "E" Series Convection Oven is constructed of a stainless steel exterior front, painted sides and top. The bottom, back and sides are fully insulated with 1-1/2" thick board type insulation, and the top has 3" thick insulation. The interior is porcelain enameled with 7/8" radius, coved corners. The natural gas oven is powered by a 40,000 BTU, high output atmospheric burner system. The oven's ignition system is accomplished with an electronic pilot relight system. It features a main gas shut-off valve in the control panel area. A built-in gas regulator is standard with this convection oven. The unit is completely front serviceable, for your convenience. Each door has double-paned glass and a roller-style latch and catch mechanism. The oven's legs are angular, painted 27" high, with adjustable feet.
