Blodgett's Full Size Convection Oven is a standard depth baking oven. It accepts five 18" x 26" full size baking pans in left to right positions. The interior compartment has a porcelainized steel liner with an aluminized steel combustion chamber with a dual inlet blower wheel. The front, top and sides are made of stainless steel. The right door is stainless steel, the left door is also stainless steel, but with dual pane thermal glass. The door has a single tubular chrome handle and simultaneous operation.

The convection oven is gas heated with electronic spark ignition and shall cook by means of a dual-flow system combining direct and indirect heat. The air in the baking chamber is distributed by a dual inlet blower wheel powered by a two-speed, 1/3 HP motor with thermal overload protection. The baking chamber is fitted with five chrome-plated removable racks. The oven's control panel is recessed with a Cook/Cool Down mode selector, solid state (manual/digital) infinite thermostat, and 60-minute timer.
