Wolf's low profile, high volume Gas Charbroiler can charbroil steak, chicken and even vegetables!
Wolf's high volume Achiever ACB60 Charbroiler is 60-5/8" wide with 11 burners. The gas charbroiler has easy to clean stainless steel front, sides, top rim and grease trough. The countertop charbroiler has 11 burners with heavy cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates. The 5-1/4" wide diamond grates are reversible for "level" broiling or self cleaning.
There is one 18,000 BTU/hr. burner for each broiling grate and one infinite heat control valve for each burner. Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip pan areas. Supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability. The ACB60 has a 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
