Vulcan's Achiever Series Charbroiler has the best temperature profile of any charbroiler in its class - more useable heat into the grate area for maximum production capacity and productivity.
Vulcan's low-profile VACB36 Charbroiler can handle the high volume of a commercial restaurant or foodservice kitchen. The front, sides, top trim and grease trough are made of stainless steel. The VACB36 charbroiler has a full width front grease collection drawer for easy clean up of debris. There is one 18,000 BTUs burner for each 5-1/4" wide cast iron diamond broiling grate. There is one infinite heat control valve for each burner. Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip areas. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability.
