Wolf's low profile, high volume Gas Charbroiler can charbroil steak, chicken and even vegetables!
Wolf's high volume Achiever ACB36C Charbroiler is 36-1/8" wide with 6 burners. The gas charbroiler has easy to clean stainless steel front, sides, top rim and grease trough. The countertop charbroiler has 6 burners with heavy cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates. The 5-1/4" wide diamond grates are reversible for "level" broiling or self cleaning. There is one 18,000 BTU/hr. burner for each broiling grate and one infinite heat control valve for each burner. Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip pan areas. Supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability. The ACB36C has a 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
