Crescor insulated holding cabinets are designed to hold hot, prepared food items at safe and proper serving temperatures. Ideal for operations that cook product in batches. Thanks to its humidity system, it helps keeping foods from drying up, extending the amount of time certain products can be held.

The humidity system allows one to regulate humidity levels by controlling air temperatures up to 200°F, and lowering temperatures allows for humidity up to 95%. Fully insulated body is constructed of non-corrosive, hi-Tensile aluminum for strength and ease of mobility. Recessed push/pull handles on both sides prevent damage to walls and allows easy maneuvering. Eleven sets of wire universal angles accommodate a large variety of pan sizes, adjustable 1-1/2" centers.
