The PerformanceShield glove from Forschner offers exceptional performance for lighter duty cutting tasks, such as peeling, garnishing, and paring (note: this glove is not cut proof and will not protect from sharp points, serrated blades and meat saws, or chopping cleavers - use a stainless steel mesh glove for these tasks). Spectra with industrial polyester in the outer cover provides durability, yet is pliable enough to ensure added sensitivity to the touch, for more delicate tasks. Comfortable interior for longer periods of use. Features:
