Complete sharpening system for all applications ranging from commercial kitchen cutlery to home sharpening. Three stones are mounted in a steel frame, inside a reservoir type base. When one stone is being used, the other two are immersed in oil making them ready for use at a twist of the wrist.
Includes 1 coarse Crystolon (silicon carbide) stone, for heavy removal of material, 1 medium Crystolon stone, for moderate removal of material, 1 fine India (aluminum oxide) stone, ideal for generating keen edges and quality finishes, 1 container of oil, and 1 reservoir unit.
